one option..
remove head, pour 50/50 mix of ATF/ acetone into cylinders, walk away, next day, top up the cylinders, repeat for a week or two.
the day you DON"T see any 50/50...THEN try to MANUALLY turn the engine a bit, back and forth, adding more 50/50. If it's stiff, wait another day.
the key is to have PATIENCE !
Did this for my first D-14 ( gas ) ,sat 20+ years, it took 2 weeks, once free, she started tad rough, calmed down, been running GREAT for the past 25 years.
