I love learning new stuff! I haven't had the need to go that high yet but, if I do, now I know how. Thanks for the edjamacashun!

I’d like to say THANK YOU to jwiatrek for post #40. My M6060 lift was ridiculously low. Why Kubota did something so blatantly stupid is beyond me. A tractor the size of an M6060, with the hitch arms nearly dragging the ground…unable to lift a bush hog high enough to clear obstacles…as I said blatantly stupid. A few minutes of adjustment got mine at least a bit higher. Between the arms being so low, and the attachment points on my bush hog and box blade being so high, it’s quite a predicament.

So at its highest ... How much clearance do you have at the front of the cutter? I get about 5 inches at max ...

When trying to connect my auger this as high as it goes ... Cannot even get the auger under the gear box View attachment 72665
Have you moved the bolt that connects the boom to the auger frame?

Been a few years since he had the problem. Hopefully he has it figured out as he hasn’t been on OTT in a few years.

New to the forum and to Kubota

I just took delivery of a new M6060 and the 3 point will not raise high enough to mount the auger on my post hole digger. I also noticed it only lifts my BushHog about 5 inches off the ground.

I checked both side linkages to make sure they are as short as possible, and adjusted the hole on the lower arm to try and maximize lift

Not sure what else to try to get it to have more travel - it only moves about 17 inches total from lowest point to highest measured at the end of the lower connecting ball.

Thoughts?
I also found the lift height to be a problem on my 2015 M6060, purchased new, dealer had no cure. Although a different problem. My rotary cutter dual tail wheels would not lift high enough to not slam against the ground when driving across the pasture and terrace rows. Since I have rear remotes I installed a hydraulic top link. Now I can raise rear of cutter a LOT higher. I can also put top link in float postion and cutter will follow contour of ground including terrace rows and I don't have to go back and dress up the terrace rows from where the cutter lifted off the ground going over them. Hope this helps.
