Tractor is new to me and has 440 hours.
Got all the maintenance up to date.
Trying to get used to sound and feel of hydro. I've used it about 4 hours.

My question-
Yesterday I noticed something I thought was different and I will try to explain it.
When I SLOWLY increase speed from a stand still, I notice what seems like a slight jump in the forward motion. It does the same thing in reverse. Another way to describe it is - when I get foot pedal to 10%, it sounds like it suddenly goes to 20%. This is not felt in the foot pedal and the linkage feels smooth. I notice it less at higher RPM.

I like this tractor more every time I get on it.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Trent

does this do it in H and L range? Do you have a MMM under it?

My B7500 does something very similar at low rpms. It acts almost like a torque converter locking up. It has always been there and doesn't seem to bother anything.

I call it a "lurch",, My B2650HSDC does it when the transmission is cold. Goes away when the fluid heats up. The operators manual says to allow the transmission to warm up before putting the tractor to work.
