Congratulations! I just pulled the trigger on a similarly equipped B2601. The dealer and I had some confusion regarding possible limitations when using the MMM with the BH still attached. (It turns out that there shouldn’t be any linkage interference issues after all) I still might want to get rid of weight when mowing by removing the BH, but it won’t be for linkage interference issues.

Just curious- What swayed you to the 54” MMM vs. the 60” MMM?

I was going to go 60", but I spoke with two dealers who said the cut quality on the 54" was much better with less chance for scalping, so I went with that. It is only 6" so I am sure I wont notice much of a difference.

She made it home today!

Congrats on your new machine. That is a great looking outfit you have there. Looks like you have it set up to do what ever needs done on a piece of property. Now the fun begins running it and getting some tasks taking care of. Plus now you can trick it out with some bucket hooks and maybe some auxiliary lighting.

Nice tractor and yes now the fun begins. My uncle told be if I added one more thing to mine it would flatten the tires.

The bucket hooks in IMHO are a must, I added 4 to mine and use them almost every time I use the tractor.

Enjoy your new tractor.

No stroker, still on the stock block LS2. I used to run quite a bit of nitrous through her when I was drag racing it and it had a faceplated t56, but I switched up and got hooked on road racing now. It just has a cam/fast intake/headers and other supporting mods now.

I used to drag race it quite a bit all over the east coast,New England, Atco, Cecil County, and made two trips to Bradenton FL for a GTO track day. That was a long time ago now though!! She ran 11.70's on motor and went 11.1 blowing through the clutch on nitrous, never could get my 10 sec pass out of it....maybe someday when my two sons get older I'll get them into it, they are only 2yrs and 3 wks old so I have some time!!

Thanks for the compliments on the tractor guys! On the list this weekend is hooks and LED worklights. Just need to make some room in the shed/barn to work on her!
