Yes Clarify valves at .2mm or .008"?

New injectors or rebuilt?
Source of the injectors?

Did you remove the injection pump?
If you did, did you reinstall all of the shims that were under the pump?

You might still have air in the injector lines, crack all of them at the injectors and crank in short intervals till you get clear fuel with no bubbles to all of the injectors.
You will not get pressure when you crack the lines, that's normal.

Have you verified that the glow plugs are working?

Had the injectors tested new seals on the head I checked the valve clearance before I took the motor apart. The clearance on the valves was .14 when I reinstalled the valves the dealer told me to set the valves at .20. I have fuel at the end of the hardline just before it hits the injectors OHM out the glow plugs before I reinstalled them.

@Mike Harrison

You did not answer the questions above on what units of measurement you are using. Is the .2 in inches or in millimeters.

There is a huge difference and having .2 inches of clearances is way too much and you are probably aware of that. But these people don’t know and the answer will lead them down different paths so it would be good if you would answer them.

.14 and .20 what???
If it's thousands, you're way off on valve clearance.
