My tractor didnt come with any components of the 3 point assembly

I've never had a three-point with the turnbuckles like that, but it looks like a royal PITA to change implements. I get the hesitancy to upgrade if you have a working three-point, but if you are buying fresh I would suggest considering something like below (random internet photo I found via google).
