Looking for the hydraulic hose length connecting a Land Pride 1072 grapple to the Land Pride 3rd function connectors on the loader of a MX5400.
The dealer I bought the grapple from said there are 2 hose lengths. I believe he said 44” and 51” and he said he was pretty sure I needed the shorter one, which I bought.
I saw a you tube video where the guy said he needs the 51” to curl the LP 1072 grapple all the way forward on a MX6000 so I’m thinking I may have the wrong length hoses.
The tractor, bought from a different dealer, has not been delivered yet so I can’t measure to confirm which length I will need.
Thanks.

I would rather have a hose that is 7" longer than needed, than a hose that is 7" shorter than needed. Swap the hoses for the longer hoses.

If I don’t figure it out I’ll wait till the tractor gets delivered in a couple of weeks and see for sure.
Really don’t want hoses any longer than necessary, seems the more excess hose you have the easier it would be to catch on stuff.
