Mr K, is there an easier Way ?

Is there an easier way to send Pictures on a Thread. When I try to upload a Picture I just get a sign to enter the URL of the image that I,m trying to send. On other Forums when You click on Add Image You get a section that comes up to Browse thru Your computer so You can go right to MY PICTURES and select the Photo that You want to send and Upload it. I,m sorry that I,m not very Computer Literate but I would like to be able to add Pictures on the Thread. I don,t know what URL of Image means. or how to add it.
By the Way Thank You so much for finaly getting rid of the Mosiac Adds. They are not here any more.

Thank You so much, that is exactly what I needed to know. I was clicking on Insert Image and couldn,t figure it out. You may have created a Picture Monster. Again, thank You so much for Your time and great info.
