Are forks for a mini excavator worthwhile?

I have a set for my tractor and use them fairly frequently, was wondering how handy they are on a 9,900 lb excavator, and if they are worth the expense?

If you have a set where did you get them, and are you happy with quality?

This is the set I was looking at. https://rutmfg.com/shop/mini-excava...-forks/?variant=excavator-pallet-forks-6000-1

Any comments pro or against are welcome.

Really curious

They really are a lot more useful if you have a rotator on the EX as well.

Essentially , you'll get a tracked forklift, with 'pick and place' capability ! Could be very useful.
I had a 5,000# outdoor forklift for 18 years, it was a GREAT machine. Aside form moving a zillion 'skids of stuff', it'd place logs onto the sawmill, stack freshly milled lumber, raise bents and timbers.
Yes, there will be a 'learning curve', but like pallet forks, once you get them, you'll wonder WHY didn't you buy them sooner !!!
