Well after looking around for some used tractors and pricing out New ones from dealers near and far ended up find what I wanted was a New L3800 from a local dealer. It was a win win as well since the local guy was the friendliest dealer and had the best price. I ended up with a L3800HST with FEL QA 66inch bucket R4 tires, rears filled, and cruise control with a Land Pride RCR1260 for $21,000. It got delivered a day later then it was suppose to due to high demand on the dealers delivery drivers since the new emissions seem to be starting a buying frenzies on the tier 3 emissions models. The owner of the dealership ended up personally delivering to my house on Friday. I haven't had to much time to "work" with it. But so far I'm very pleased with my purchase. Gonna do some things around my house before I take it out to the farm for the real work. Here's a picture of her.

Congrats UNIONMAN! you'll love the l3800, I definitly love mine, just put in the first food plot a couple days ago and it worked like a champ. I got to where if im not planning on using my FEL it stays off my machine just my preference, but there great tractors.

Congrats! I'm giving some thought to selling my 2920 and moving up to an L3800.
In had the 2920 and now have L3540.

Don't get me wrong, the 2920 will always have a place in my heart and it did a lot of great work for me. I think if you are seriously considering the 3800 you will absolutely not regret it. I don't know your major applications for the tractor but I think it would open a lot of doors for you. I suggest quick attach on the FEL. That alone would make it worth it.
