M9540 Evaporator Drain Location?

We have a M9540 that the evaporator/heater box is not draining. I have removed a cover/top to clean the evaporator, but I do not get any water drain when washing out the evaporator? How do I locate this drain? Thanks!

Not 100% sure, but it appears to be under the evaporator coil.
