Open the hood and then pull the pins on the hinge.

Muffler is 5 bolts and it's off.

? What pins ?? I need to get the hood off ... I can't see where the hood attaches up by the windshield ... feeling around I can't really feel anything that would release it ......

You might need to remove the tail pipe off the muffler to get the hood to shift sideways to remove it.

Thanks guys for the help !! With pin #250 removed -- do you push the hood over ?? In the raise position or down ? Am I assuming correctly that you have to push it off the pin ??

I think you have to do it raised, so that the side panels miss parts.
But try it lowered first, you have nothing to lose.
