I have a 1994 M8580 Synchro Shuttle tractor, and it has started to slip out of the forward gear, it works fine in reverse. Does not matter High/Low or which gear 1/6.
I have straightened the rod on the Synchro Shuttle shifterarm, it was a little bent. Tried to adjust to Max/Min length on the rod, but ended up with somewhere between Max/Min.
Looks like i need to separate the tractor, and inspect the Synchro Shuttle assembly. Does anybody have input on where to separate? Clutchside or further back?
I have also inspected the clutchpedal freeplay, it was according to the manual. But i think it activates a little late, almost on the end of its motion.
