M7950 DT - transmission issue

having trouble diagnosing transmission, tranny is slipping in high range when cold. After running the tractor for about 1 hr, there is no slipping at all. Replaced all components in clutch area, wondering if it could be fluid pressure issue?
PTO is also not working - wondering if that could be related to the tranny issue.

That is a 100% mechanical system, nothing hydraulic in the drive, so if gears are slipping, it's slipping the clutch.

You've replaced the clutch disk, Throw out bearing, and pressure plate all at the same time and adjusted it per the WSM?
