Been through fuel delivery system several times no restrictions in lines or filters .
when tractor cools of a little it runs fine till it gets warmed up again.
Any advice appreciated before going to dealer

Pretty sure it will be an electronic issue or emissions issue. Take it in and let them diagnose it.

Tried to message you not sure if you got it but mine only starts missing and losing power after i have run it under a load for about an hour i can shut it down and let it cool for a few minutes and then its fine til it works for about an hour again

I got your private message, I responded with a phone number for you to contact me. The symptom that mine had was low power after running under load for an hour with a misfire. I test common rail Diesel engines for a living, that gives me an advantage when it comes to finding the cause of the problem.

Problems running when engine is warmed up. If you are sure it's not a problem with blockage in th fuel delivery system and you have a hydromechanical injector pump (IP) than it sounds like the IP will need to be rebuilt.

Have you checked to be sure fuel tank is venting? Try operating engine after symptoms appear with fuel cap replaced by a shop towel. I once owned a M4900 that acted similar to your tractor. From advice from local dealer service manager I located a clogged tiny screen in water seperater fuel shut off valve. Cleaned screen & lack of fuel problem was solved
