M7060 Front Wheel Weld Failure

I have two options to resolve. One is to remove tire and weld or replace wheel. The crack is massive so I am not sure if weld will be consistent enough to drive tractor on road faster than 5 mph. I am not able to identify the part number for a replacement wheel and dealer is not certain either. Anyone have experience with this problem? Any suggestions on fix? Tractor is about 2200 hrs.

Give me a picture of the back side of the rim.

What I'm seeing is nothing is cracked or broke, it's just the bolts are loose.

Those don't look like factory centers and are allowing the center to move on the rim.
