Anyone happen to know what the lift height is for an M7040 FEL. I’m not with the tractor but need to know so that I can lift a crate in the truck bed and drive out from under it. Thanks.

It will depend on where your movable pins are located - one location is for power - the other location for height..........

Tire size can also affect the data 85Hokie provided. My M7040 Titan tires are 3" lower in diameter than a better brand of tire labelled the same.
I can load dump trucks with no problem. I cannot envision how you are loading the crate. Hanging from a chain or supported on the lower edge of the bucket?

In the high lift position I find the bucket is back over the front of the tractor affecting how close I can come to something. Note the dump reach changing from 31.9" to 14.1" with the lift pin change.

I've handled 5-1/2 diameter rd bales stacked 2 bales high on a 18 wheeler float with my M7040/LA1153. I agree pin hole location affects lift height & pins are located for maximum boom height

Thanks, guys. saw your post and determined I could do it. Top of the crate was at nine feet And weighed right at 1000 pounds. With the pallet attachment, I was able to attach to the mower deck inside the crate, lift about five inches and drive out from under the crate. Love this tractor.

Again, thanks for the responses. Big help.

BTW, it was a Woods PRD 8400 In the crate.

Hokie did the right thing by posting the data for the LA1153 FEL.... IF THAT IS THE LOADER YOU WILL HAVE ON THAT TRACTOR. It MAY have an aftermarket loader instead of a Kubot... (You didn’t state the model loader.)

I have the 1153. I used my pallet attachment. It gets on up there.
