m6950 pto won't engage

Hi buying kubota m6950 runs good but pto doesent turn. Wondering where to start looking not even sure how selector works. just going on what i was told.

First thing to do is get the WSM for the tractor, it will give you all the directions to the workings of the system and how to troubleshoot it.
