I have a new M126GX with electronic draft control. It doesn't appear to do anything no matter what sensitivity dial is set to or even if draft switch is turned on or off. The manual kind of implies that draft control doesn't work when 3 point control is all the way down in "float" position, but it doesn't define what float position is, just a diagram indicating it is at the bottom of the control. I understand this is a lower link sensing system; the sensor must be buried inside the tranny case because there is nothing on the exterior sensor-wise. This would apply to any of the M100GX series and probably the previous series too, the M100X. Any experience using draft on these tractors? Thanks.

The lever that controls the draft control is on the inside, it is in the rear end behind the differential, and yes on your model it senses the lower arms location.

It's a complex system, If you wan't to get to know the system completely and be able to operate it and repair / fix it I would get the operators manual and the WSM for the tractor, the WSM will help with a ton if things as time goes on!

Have you talked to the dealer about this issue?
As sometimes there is a fix already know.

The only time you use it is with a plow. If you put it under a heavy load such as heavy wet soil it will lift the 3pt enough to relieve some of the load and when conditions return to normal it lowers it back to the set position.

What are you doing with yours?
