M110 DTC wont move until warmed up

I have a M110 DTC that won’t move until it has warmed up. If it is 70 degrees out it will still have to run for about 10 to 15 minutes If I try to move it, it will alarm and the 1 – 8 gear numbers will go blank. After it runs for awhile you can see the numbers starting to flicker. The colder it is the longer it needs to run. Once it warms up, I shut it off and restart it and it works fine. It’s a 1999 with 1200 hours. All the filters have been changed. Any ideas.
