Where in SEMO? I grew up in Dexter.Nice looking machinery for sure.
Actually it's her land. I married into the (small) farming business. I wish I could do it full time but it doesn't pay enough at this scale to pay for all the toys. The family gets their land farmed and I get to drive my tractors, win/win!Tell us again how much land did tell your wife you own? Welcome
We lived in Dexter from 1976 to 1994 when we built a new house and moved to Scott County out in the sticks on 300+ acres with 126 in woods with an 8 acre pond and lots of turkey and deer with the rest in farm land.Where in SEMO? I grew up in Dexter.
I left in 1980 right out of HS to join the USAF and just retired after 36 years. I hope to buy some land around my Dad somewhere in Wayne County once I finally get to really retire. My wife's family farm may keep me here in MD during the growing season though. We lived in Dexter from 1976 to 1994 when we built a new house and moved to Scott County out in the sticks on 300+ acres with 126 in woods with an 8 acre pond and lots of turkey and deer with the rest in farm land.
I know a couple of guys that do that, one is married to my niece and is from somewhere in New England, it's tough, but family comes first.I left in 1980 right out of HS to join the USAF and just retired after 36 years.
