I'm looking into putting a FEL on my Kubota B2400 can a LA211 loader be made to fit this without a massive amount of work ?

I do not know if the LA211 will fit your tractor.
Perhaps it could be adapted, but at what cost?
The LA301 is the loader designed to fit your tractor.
Answer these two questions and you will have your answer.
1. Do you have the skills and abilities to do the work yourself?

That loader is for a BX, a smaller tractor than your B.
It's more than likely not only going to be shorter, but also sit to high off the ground, the BX that that came on had a much lower stance than your B.
