Do they make a valve for the front end loader to be able to float the bucket like for plowing snow what what not? Or would I be able to take one from a different type of tractor and put it on it place of my current one?

Most all of the newer loader valves have the float feature.
Just find a loader valve that has the float option in an Open Center valve, you may have to adapt you loader hoses if the fittings are not the same as what you already have.
