How do you check tire pressure with filled tires? Are they completely liquid filled or is there air space? Is it as simple as having the stems on top when checking pressure?

Should be filled 75% with water. With the valve stem on top, it should be above the water. They also make a pressure gauge for air/water so you can check them at any position.

Not necessarily water, but at least fluid of some kind. Have the valve stem at top as you mentioned, but push the valve in for a second to let any liquid material spurt out and not get into your gauge.

Very true. I’m in the south so water and just a touch of antifreeze does the trick for us. Rarely gets cold enough to freeze water in a tractor tire.
