I'm wondering how many of you guys have a rake? What size rake to what size tractor. I have a B2320 & will be using it both on driveway maintenance & pulling/pushing sticks & limbs into piles for burning. The driveway is all sand. My next question is about disc harrows; for the same size tractor what would be a good size disc?

I own a B2620 with loaded rear R4 tires and pull a 6' landscape rake. I am mostly using it for driveway maintenance and light landscaping.

Although wide at 6 feet they are fairly light, so you can pull a 6ft rake no problem. As fas as a disc for that size of a B series more then likely 4ft. A disc is heavier and does alot more work at one time.

I figured on 6' for the rake but wasn't sure on a disc. Thanx for the info.

Something that just popped in my head with asking you guys: Is the Landpride take with a flip down blade (or however it works) worth having that feature? If I go the route of the Landpride is a wheel kit worth the extra charge?

Easier way to maintain my driveway which is all sand. I have used my box blade & gotten control of erosion & washing. I would think it might be easier to take than scrape the drive occasionally. On the other hand I have some acreage I would like to do some farming & know the take would be useful. I'm wondering if gauge wheels would be beneficial to me.

Gage wheels will help keep it level side to side with 100% accuracy. Worth considering the investment if you want a smooth, level drive way.
