i have a 4060 with an 805 loader, i take the loader off to mow, when i go to put it back on the hoses on the loader side are under pressure and cant be hooked up, i have to crack a line and let the pressure out, to reconnect the hoses.nanyone know what is going on? when i take it off i move the joystick back and forth before disconnecting hoses to try to relieve pressure

Does your loader control stay on the tractor when you remove the loader?

When you removed the loader is it sitting on solid, level ground where it doesn't settle and create a pressure change in the lines?

Is your engine off when you unhook the lines?

Is the engine off when you try to hook the lines back up?

When the loader is removed is it sitting in direct sunlight which can heat the fluid in the cylinders and create additional pressure?

I had something happen the other day that I have never seen before. I don't ever recall hooking or unhooking line to my 9000 remotes unless the engine was running. I was fixing to drop my baler off and had to go do something else so I shut the engine off and left. When I came back I was going to unhook everything (engine off) and couldn't get the hyd lines to pull out of the couplers. I started the tractor and didn't touch anything (controls) and the lines came out like always.

Since your loader control stays on the tractor I assume it would be just like hooking up to rear remotes but I don't know that for a fact. Does your owners manual offer any help?
