I just got a 2400 with a LA351, the stick is sloppy, what parts normally need replaced to fix this? Also does this have a float function?

It's kind of hard for us to see your worn parts from our locations, , Only you can tell what parts are worn and need replaced.

I would say you definitely have some worn parts. Take it apart, look for out of round holes or pins and replace them. The bottom of the assembly has a replaceable bushing.
