I purchased my FEL with the B7510HSD in June 2005. I have broken off the grease zerks at the bottom of the FEL so I relocated them higher and plugged off the old locations. My problem is I can't grease the pivot pins evenly. I am meticulous on maintenance. Now I have significant play at the bucket, so I presume the pins need replacing. New Kubota's have grease zerks at the end of the pivot pins and my dealer said the pins are not interchangeable. Is this true? Are there options for getting new pins with grease zerks on the ends? Any place to buy new pivot pins beside my dealer?

Thanks in advance for helping out a new member.

There should be a grove or trough from where the original zerk was to allow the grease to flow completely around the pin.

Easy-out the old zerk and replace.

If you asking if you can swap from pins with no grease zerk to ones with a grease zerk, probably not in a drop in replacement.
How are your pins held in place? A cotter pin, bolt, clips or bracket?
You might have to alter the way they attach to get new pins to fit.
