I’m having a problem with my three-point hitch, lowering and raising lever in the cab, it’s completely stuck, I can’t move it, the linkage looks fine.
The control speed knob under the seat is on, the hydraulic fluid is full. Any ideas?

Turning the lowering speed adjustment clockwise decreases the 3-pt. lowering speed. When turned completely closed, the three point linkage is held at its position since oil in the hydraulic cylinder is sealed between the hydraulic cylinder and rotor. Try turning it completely counter-clockwise.

Looks fine and is fine are 2 different things.
I would remove part if the linkage and see what side isn't moving.
