L6060 Error codes P0089 / P2293

I was brush hogging today and My Kubota 2018 L6060 Dash said engine error and P2293 / P0089 and the engine shut down and restarted and it ran for about a minute and shutting down ? Can someone help me with these codes and what to look for and it happened not long after a regeneration.

Both codes are fuel pressure.

Have you changed fuel filter on schedule?
Have you drained the water seperator?

Thak You, I will start with the fuel system

Ill venture to guess if you remove the separator and look inside the inlet elbow it will be full of black junk. I do not advise blowing the line backwards you just blow it into the tank for another day.
