L4610 hst hydraulic leaks

Recently bought a 2001 l4610. Appears to have a slight leak (drip/25 sec)on the inlet lines to the hydraulic filter body (not hst filter). Do seals here commonly go bad and could this cause the system to draw enough air to make the fluid in the sight glass frothy?

Filter is on suction side, so aerating entire hydraulic ststem is possible. This a case of loose line nuts,hose clamps or deteriorating hose.
Been about 3 years since i was under a 4610,so dont recall exactly what you are looking at. I remember repairing a slight leak but i think it was a loose fitting.

On that model there is 3 O-ring that seal the lines that go too, and come from the filter housing, and yes they can go bad and leak.
There is a ton of factors that determine when they break down, I would say the most common is abuse and then lack of maintenance, the hydraulic oil becomes contaminated and swells and distorts at the O-rings.
