L45 electrical problem

I have an l45 that is blowing the fuse to what is referred to as a tm-2 controller. With it blown, the cranking system is dead. My question is, what is a tm controller. I don't find reference to it in the workshop manual.

Post up the wiring diagram? Check/remove/clean the main ground cable to tractor.
Possibly transmission controller, electrical/solenoid control?
