Ok, my L4400 is stalling again. I changed the fuel filter and purged the air out of the system and it ran fine for several minutes. It then stalled. As I walked over to it to turn the key off, I heard a click come from the right side of the engine. I tried to start it by turning the key without turning the key to the off position first and it would not start, just turn over. I turned the key to the off position and turned it to the start position. It started again but for a shorter time before stalling.

Sounds like the fuel shut off solenoid is failing.
It will hold for a short period of time then shuts down.

Darren did this solve the problem, I'm having the same problem but the solenoid only lasted about 4 hours and is now doing it again.
