L4240HST, Hydraulic / Frozen Bucket Dump

Greetings,
New to the group and needing some guidance on an issue with the hydraulics. I was lifting the bucket with controls and blew a hydraulic hard line (the B2 hard line). Replaced with new line and now the bucket rolls up, but will not roll down. Boom works fine on its own, but if I lower the bucket and the boom at the same time then nothing goes down. Pump pressure can be heard working (straining). I have checked all lines for blockage. Removed ports and check valves. Nothing seems to be plugged. I pulled out the bucket spindle valves and no apparent damage. I'm at a loss! Any ideas? Thank you for any assistance or advice you can offer.

Double check line routing that 2 quick couplers have not gotten swapped, or that one is not fully connected.
I would swap the lines and try it that will help rule out what it is.
If all of that works I'm going to have to say there is a problem with your Spool valve.
