L4060 not getting fuel suddenly

Hi, My 2022 L4060 is giving me issues. It happened las Saturday, it was running like normal then started bogging like the fuel tanks empty. The gauge showed 1/4 so in my tractor that's 4-5 gallons. I pulled it back to the barn at first I thought the gauge was off so I filled it up. Did nothing, so bled the system, cleaned the water separator, replaced the inline lift pump and canister filter. It ran 45 minutes then died again. I even tried running direct from a diesel can to the pump to isolate where my issue may be. That did not work.
Any ideas on what could cause this suddenly other than a blockage? The inline pump sure seems small to pull fuel from under the tractor.

Pull the bleeder screw, turn on key.
Are you getting a steady flow of fuel?

I just bled it again with the screw all the way removed. Got no fuel at all that i saw. But it started for few minutes then quit.
Could the check valve that helps the inline pump cause this?

It's not a check valve issue.
Sounds to me like you either have a completely blocked fuel line or your electric fuel pump is not working.
Have you checked the fuse for the pump?

Yes, and replaced the pump with a oem Kubota. The pump has power and clicks.
I had the seperator apart and cleaned everything as my manual said to do. I then blew air through that inlet line in to the tank. Saw a mist out of the tank. I had transferred pumped all the fuel out.
I then blew air in reverese.
Then i replaced the inline pump and canister filter.
Put 4 gallons fresh fuel from brand new can.
Same results, bled saw no fuel at bleeder but the tractor started, acted normal for 5 minutes then died.

With saddle tanks under, how does fuel run up to the seperator unless the pump siphons it? The check valve i found on Messicks says it maintains pressure. If it sticks open fuel can run back to the tank.
Im going to try replacing it next. Then guess sending to the dealer.

Look at the inlet side of the filter/separator for a 90 degree elbow into the canister area. If there is one, they often get clogged with grass/bugs…so need to be cleaned.

It seems like a clog of some type that allows fluid through slowly so can build up at night but not enough to run continuously.

Maybe a vacuum in the tank so loosen the cap slightly to vent it and test.

I am not familiar with your tractor, but I do know that sometimes there is a filter built into the banjo fitting in other applications.
