L3901 electrical system

Good morning,

Tractor has p0606 p0303 e-93 and e94 code. The electrical system and panel do a lot of winding and flickering when the ignition is turned on. Goes completely blank when trying to turn the engine over then have to turn key off and start over to get the same results.

Have changed battery and cleaned up the battery connections and ground. Still doing the same thing.

Replace both battery cables.
It's more than likely a ground connection issue.
Also remove and inspect all the large slow blow fuses.
Have the battery load tested.

Pay particular attention to where the ground cable from the battery attaches to the frame. You can check this by attaching a booster cable from the Battery to a good ground on the frame and see if the problem goes away. The plate under the battery AND the frame must both have a good ground through that bolt

Started with replacing ground cable today and it fired up. No issues yet, will follow up if things change.
