Can someone please give me the correct part # for the radiator on a Kubota L3400 (2008 model). I need to replace mine and I am trying to find price for one. Thanks for any assistance.

TC020-16000 (I think, but there may be some difference if it is HST!)

You can find your own part numbers on the Kubota website
http://www.kubota.com/default.aspx

Select PARTS, ILLUSTRATED PARTS LIST, agree to the terms, then search for your tractor model number (use L3400 and you will get a couple of types) and then select your model and then from the chapters on parts.

Another thing - if there is something that says LOCAL OPTIONS select that and you can see all of the attachments for that tractor model and get to those parts listings also.

May I inquire as to why a 2008 model tractor needs a new radiator? That seems awful young for a failure.

With a 2008 tractor I am assuming you have some physical damage.
Independent radiator repair shops can re core a lot of rads and repair others.

ShaunRH, I have a 2012 L3240. The radiator tank(upper) split and cost me an engine. There is no evidence of physical damage. From all indications, the damned thing just gave up.

That sounds like a defect in the extrusion of the upper part of the radiator, so that is always possible. However a 2008 machine has been running for quite a while so it's just an odd time for a defect or failure to spring up is all I'm getting at. I'm just curious as to what might be the failure cause.

You're right. Almost all radiator failure is due to outside forces. I can't prove that mine didn't take a hit.

Was pushing a pile of brush with front end loader and somehow a limb came up from underneath and punctured the radiator.

Ouch that hurts! Sorry to hear of the issue...

Hmmm, maybe I need to see if my L3200 needs armoring for the radiator. Time for an MRAP tractor mod! LOL! :p
