I have a 2018 Kubota L3301. It will Idle for 1 hour or more hwever if I increase the RPMs it runs for about 10 to 15 minutes and then dies. I have changed the fuel filter and the Oil water seperator. I have added Iso Heet fuel treatment and it is still doing the same thing. What would be the next step to trouble shoot this problem. The tractor has about 350 hours on it.

It is not clear what your original problem is. Under ordinary circumstances if you leave that model of tractor idling for an hour or more, good chance it will want to regenerate the dpf filter. Do you have any lights coming on on the dash after you increase the rpm?

Sounds like a fuel problem, but if it is running for 15 mins at power, it is delivering about a quart of fuel just fine. If it only ran at power for a minute, I'd say pinched fuel line, clogged filter, or the isolator valve on the fuel/water separator out of position.
Is it consistent near 15 mins? Is there something you can do to recreate the issue? Could be debris in the fuel tank that settles to the bottom and blocks the fuel tank outlet port. Can you immediately restart it and idle after it dies? Did you change the large screw on fuel filter? Any fuel leaks? Any air visible bubbling through the F/W sep?

I had a similar problem with my L3901DT. If you pull the hose coming from the fuel tank, does the fuel run out of the hose or does it just dribbles out? If it dribbles out, the outlet of the fuel tank has something clogging it. Make sure you have something to clamp off the hose and something to catch the diesel in.

One other thing, does the water separator have fuel in it when the engine dies?

Something else to check is the vent in the fuel cap getting clogged and creating a vacuum in the tank.

Check by loosening the cap and see if it keeps running longer than normal
