Naples, NY,
I've been searching for a front mount snow blower for my L3010 with mid PTO for a while now. I have a long gravel drive. I'm open to modifying a good system to work on it if there aren't any made for it out there.

Naples, NY,
Thanks for the info. I had seen the references on tractordata.com and had very little success searching. :( It's pretty frustrating trying to find suitable front mounts for the older compacts.

You might have excellent luck on a Canadian web site of Smyth Welding,

https://smythwelding.com/Snowblowers/adid/13471320/Smyth-Welding-Front-Mount-Kits

They are small enough to custom make front mounts for almost any tractor + they use serious style blowers with a true gearbox not the worm gear style found on most front mounts.

I have attached some examples from their site.

I had some serious discussions with them regarding a friends B7100. The Kubota front mount parts, although listed, were no longer available.

I think the price was around $5,000 Canadian.

If you have a FEL there is a hydraulic powered unit (powered off a pump on the mid PTO) that would work really well, they are not cheap though.

I have a similar older model as you and have been in the same boat for years, want the original Mid PTO power unit and subframe mount, but there just isn't any available that I've found.

Yet another option would be a SSQA selfpowered blower. While commerically ones are available($$$), I'm 'frugal' and making my own.Picture 2 - 24" walkbehinds bolted together, powered by one 14HP engine.
I priced K/LP front mtd blower for my BX23S and got sticker shock(5K) BUT the main reason to make my own was to use the Quick Attach system. Once a PTO driven blower is on, it's on for the Winter...so you can't use bucket, loader, forks, etc. Well, NOT easily !!
I'll have less than $500 Canucks into it when done and it makes for an interesting project.

I have a dedicated 'snowblower rider' for backup....so another option for you.
