I have a l285 that I got from neighbor, the back cylinder has a big hole in it and a busted piston. From what I understand is there is a sleeve and a liner. Well its a big hole through both. I have looked and looked for a replacement engine and I cannot find anything. My engine has v1500 stamped in by the fuel lines. My question is, is there other options that bolt up, or can these blocks be resleeved?

It can't just be resleeved because they are dry sleeves, the water jacket is cast, so if the hole goes through the water jacket the block is done for.
