Yep, the part : originally 35280-43910, now quoted by dealer as 37720-43910 drag link end

I waited all summer for mine to be repaired. The machinist said he would fabricate a brace and then weld it to the parts. His brace wouldn't have fit. Welder said the part would be stronger than the original casting. I got about 2 hours of work out of it before it broke at the weld.

Dealers saying the part is discontinued, boneyards don't have it. Messicks, West Kentucky, Atlanta. Every parts house I tried said they don't have it.

I find it difficult to believe that someone can't fabricate a suitable replacement, but I have had zero luck locally. I live in the Willamette Valley, Oregon.

Any suggestions would be welcome! I included a jpg of the broken part below.

As things go obsolete, you may have to start getting some of these parts machined from blocks of steel.

Some machine shops can laser scan the original part and then program their machines to mill out that part

I have no idea if the costs would be acceptable but at least your tractor won’t be “junk”

Yes, I had that thought about having the part scanned and remanufactured from steel. I was discouraged by those who understand what that might cost, but it was the little death because it doesn't cost anything to ask.

In the time the machinist took to have someone else do the wrong thing, I could have carved the thing out of steel with my teeth. Might not have had the right size hole for the bushing, the correct angle on the elbow, the right fit for the U-Joint or the bolt plate, but probably would have lasted longer!

I'm pulling for Lance's part to solve the problem. Should have it scanned before I break it though. Now do I pay $30 for the Kubota pin bushing or do I go for the $5 one from All States?

I have an L345DT and it has the same problem and I believe the same part number. I beefed mine up with 1/2" plate on 3 sides and its held up all summer but i think it could just be a matter of time.

So does anyone else have this part? and for a L345DT
