I had the front left wheel get real wobbly on the new to me tractor today. Took the wheel off and I could tell it was some bad bearings. I am using generic terms here. I took the outer bearing case off by loosening 6 bolts with it came the large drive gear for the 4 wheel drive. The inner bearing was in pieces. The outer bearing is also loose but is under the drive gear which appears to be pressed. We then unbolted 5 bolts from the bottom of the housing. The piece that came off had an o-ring on it that was in pieces. It also has the mid gear for the 4 wheel drive and a bearing under it.
All the housings, mating surfaces etc look good. I will be cleaning and adding new gear oil.
I need parts numbers or generic bearing numbers for:
-Inner and Outer Wheel Bearings.
-The bearing that is in the piece that comes out from the bottom of the
housing
-The O ring on the bottom piece.
Also can you confirm that these need to go to a machine shop to be removed and pressed on?
I don't have a parts page showing the front drive axle if I do I could point out the parts.
Thanks
Jesse
