If you want to brush the paint, then consider Chevrolet engine paint. I use engine paint from Bill Hirsh Auto in Newark NJ. It is $42 a quart, and it brushes on and dries without any brush marks. They presently are out of gallons which is usually priced at 3 quarts. It can be thinned with xylene.
The OP's L245DT would be the old Kubota orange color,not the newer version.
Great idea though!

I pulled these from the respective Gov sites.

This appears to be the currently in force Canadian regulation and the exemptions have not changed and exclude paint for ag equipment among other exemptions. "current version; in force since Dec 31, 2022".

I believe the USA regulation is also current.
