Are Sight Windows available for the L235/L275 hydraulic fluid transmission? It does not appear to be labeled in my parts diagrams, that I can find.

Are there other press-in sight windows that might be compatible?

I can buy generic sight windows, but they are threaded.

If you look on the parts diagram I believe you'll find it on the drawing for the "mid case". Look at the part identified as 11, the oil gauge. That is part number 38240-14210 .

Can you please send a photo of the parts page for mid case? In my parts book there is no mid-case. Only a clutch housing page, that has a completely different part #, and the description is "Plug". I do not trust my parts book. Some stuff looks right, other pages do not appear correct. It only references L185 on the first page. In the back it lists L245 on all the part diagrams. Nowhere does it reference L235/L275, but that is supposed be what it is.

It's by your left foot. It fades and gets hard to see. Messick's shows it for the L235 and 35 other early L models.

I know WHAT the Oil auge is, and where it is located. I just cannot find it in my parts list.
I trust the Messicks part is the correct one.
I just do not know where to find the correct parts list for my model L235. I know that many of the L185 and L245 parts cross to the L235. But I also know that some do not.

I also need to order a propellor shaft coupling, but my L185 parts list shows 4 different versions depending on serial #. I can find a different part # for the coupling at Wengers, but want to make 100% I am ordering the correct part. The Wenger part is 1/4 the cost of the couplings at Messicks.

How do I search the parts list? I cannot get it to show anything for the L235 model.
I don’t think that there is a way to search for word matches (like google) on the Kubota parts list website

You can search for part numbers to see what tractor models use the same part.

You may be able to use google to search the Kubota site but not real sure the parts data base is searchable
