L1500 Radiator

Hi All,
My radiator has leaked and been repaired several times over the last few years and it has failed again, a seam weld on the bottom tank is weeping. A new core was fitted 2 years ago but the repair man tells me the vibration of the engine causes the damage and kubota's are prone to it. It still uses the rubber mounts and has new hoses fitted. Any suggestions on how to sort this one out?

Thanks for the reply NIW, I thought a member may have resolved/mitigated the vibration issue by moving or fitting different radiator mounts or flexible hoses etc

NIW, do you have experience with the ebay aluminum radiator? I took one of my 345 radiators to the shop around the corner, they hot tanked it and pressure tested and said the core tubes are worn out. $500 for a replacement from one of their venders, which I'm obviously not going to do for a tractor I spent $3500 on. I'm going to bring them the other 345 radiator I have and keep my fingers crossed, but at $150 for the aluminum one, I think its a no-brainer. I'm not making a living with these things, just farting around with them. A pressure tested used radiator is over $250 with tax and freight from All States.

$500 is an excellent price, most all new radiators are running in the $900 range for that model.

No aluminum is not better.
But It will work, just make sure the fan and belt is up to snuff.
And that you use 50/50 anti freeze mix.
If you don't have a good temp gauge, install one if your going to use this radiator.
