Kubota L1-24 Sunshine
Hey there! Story goes, someone gave my family an older L1-24 to use around our large farm\campus. The problem is we really need a plow to clear brush and prepping land. Living in Thailand (in the sticks too) can pose a challenge finding parts for anything. I was hoping you could help advise regarding the plausibility of a front plow and what type is the best. I'm brand spanking new to this site, glad you guys are here! :)

Just fyi, any parts and labor are going to cost me big here. Any possibility of DIY?

pics are the tractor and an example of land that needs to be cleared.

What you want is a mini dozer blade with a brush rake on it.
The best bet is to make it yourself if you have tools and the equipment.

I think by pic's I've seen the L1 is the same tractor, just little less HP than my L3450, It should have no problem pushing a fair amount of dirt around.
The mount is the most critical, you want it to attach at the front and back at the bell housing too so that it has strength and you won't break anything.
The hydraulics to lift it, and if you want spin it are simple and easy to hookup.
Keep the blade width just slightly wider than the width of the tires, too big of a blade is worthless!
