L.E.D. Lightbar shopping

Like everything from pistol-primers to toilet-paper L.E.D. Lightbar prices have shot up and it just pizzez me off that the lightbar I bought from TSC for $99 year before last is now $150. I refuse to believe that particular lightbar should jump 50% so I shopped-around and found a virtual identical one at Northern Tool with free shipping (Advantage Club member) for $89 on sale and for $110 regularly:

I’m only mentioning this because after I got it mounted... it actually puts out a wider/brighter beam than the excellent one TSC previously offered (now ridiculously overpriced.)

I was unaware that LED prices have "shot up" but everything else is doing so, so I suppose it is to be expected.

I'll need to visit HF to check the price of the 22" light bar (and wiring harness) that I installed on my B3350. Might want another one if I decide to replace it.

The last time I looked at HF lightbars I was discouraged from buying because their set-up requires you to also spend another $25 or so to get the cable hook-up that goes with it. I‘d rather just buy the lightbar and wire it up directly to the power-source thru a switch.

Just checked. HF light bars have not gone up. Indeed, the 22" version is $84.99. It was $89.99 when I last checked.

The optional wiring harness is convenient but not required to install.

I call it the 'Covid Crunch'.. Seems darn near everybody is price gouging..
up here 3/4" plywood is $100 per sheet, 3/8" is $60..,2by4s over $1 per foot
new steel is $1 per pound ( was 40 cents last yearish...)

price of EVERYTHING has gone up. If it didn't I question it's quality, or if it's even available for purchase.

but I guarantee most of us haven't had a wage increase that's anywhere close to the major hikes in prices of goods and services.
