It should be exactly where it shows on the manual posted above. We used to have this model. You need to be eye level with it as it shows on the manual. Standing or at an angle you probably won’t see it.
Under the cover at the top is a secondary fill port for the hydro fluid, it’s probably caked with years of mud, dirt.

Water will make it milky although from the pictures it looks low, like nothing is in the sight glass.
when i make it home I’ll add some to get it up in it it prolly needs flushed out and new filters i just bought it

I’m guessing that’s water making it milky?
The “milky” look is actually a white plastic disc built into the sight glass to help you see the level.

Thanks man joining this forum has helped 100% now i just need to get some hydraulic fluid in her and see if the 3pt arms will stop floating down
