Do auxiliary port in rear work fine? Sound like a dead pump to me or its pulling air? Have you checked all the suction hose?

It's possible that you have a bad or plugged quick connector, or possibly a bad or plugged spool valve.
Another possible cause would be a bad or malfunctioning diverter valve.

Have you changed fluid or filters mainly hydraulic?
Did it just gradually get slower?
Are the tractors new to you or have you had them a while?
Is it slow in every direction or just one?
Did it get slower the colder it got?

yes i changed both filters and fluid,,the tractor has 750 hours on it,,it just slowly got worse,,the rear lift and the power steering works good,,the tilt works pretty good but it is getting worse,,,the bucket lift will only work if it is reving over 2000 rpm and then very slowly

the tempature has nothing to do with the operation

Those of us that have sub-zero temps will tell temperature can play a huge part in operation of hydraulics. At 90 degrees you can move your loader up and down in about 2-3 seconds. At 20-30 below zero you are lucky to move your loader up and down in 30-45 seconds, if it moves at all. Also, if there is any kind of restriction that has developed, it will get worse with colder thicker oil, that includes ice developing from condensation in the oil.

BAP nailed it! Temp makes a world of difference to performance.

What brand of filter did you use?
What brand and type of hydraulic fluid did you use?
