A week ago our hard drive failed and we lost everything. I had shop manuals and owners manuals and the parts lookup downloaded and no longer needed to visit Kubota's website. I was able to retrieve the owners and shop manuals but not the parts lookup. Can someone please send me a clean link or email me the parts lookup file?

I now go to Kubota and I keep getting message stating 'access denied'.

Kubata may make a good tractor but..........I won't rant........customer service and support sucks........

I'm now running two machines, Windows and a Linux, both give me the same message- "access US market only"



Can someone please send me the file?


I really don't have the time and energy for Kubota's little boy games.

I used to get on to their site with no problems but I now get the same "US Customers Only" Message and I have not change anything on my computer. If you get a fix, please post it. Don.....

"Access denied.

The parts catalogue is only available to customers of Kubota Canada Ltd. utizlizing an IP address that has been geo-located in Canada."

It is pinging off your IP address which locates you in the USA therefor denying you access to the Canadian parts lists. You will need someone in Canada to access and download it for you and forward you a copy unless someone in the USA has a copy they can forward.

I was just on the Kubota USA site and the parts list worked fine.

Try this link to the main page, then parts, then illustrated parts list and accept terms.

At one time I had trouble with Internet Explorer and some of the addons messing up the Kubota site.

You may want to try another browser (chrome, firefox...) or turn off all the addons in internet explorer and see if it works then.

hmmm @Olthumpa or whauuu?a computerspecialist was talking ,but I'm a Canadian and I recive only the same message why this? right maybe with US backround ect.no excuse somthing wrong with the kubotapage like Ismurphy wrote.

I just tried the site and did not have any problems getting to the parts list for my B7500.

Go to the canadian site. I don't think they care where you live. I use to be able to access both but tnow I get that message with the American site. Go figure.

So anybody else out there have the access denied page show up when trying to access Kubota parts. I tried 2 browsers my phone my tablet and I get the same message no matter what site I use. It says I am not in Canada so I cannot access the parts manuals. Go figure. Kubota really needs to get its act together. I can't figure why they care where I am anyway.:confused::mad:

The annoying part is that nowhere on the Kubota Canada site that I could find is there a "Contact us" link..... I guess Kubota Corporate doesn't want to hear from its customers :confused:

If you feel it's worth it, there are daata recovery services out there that can retrieve everything even though the hard drive failed. The services can be expensive (I inquired once), but can be worth it if you have a lot of valuable stuff on the drive.

Anyone with a computer should be using a data backup service or some good backup software, which I use that backs up the entire operating system, and everyting else on to a seperate hard drive.

It's saved me on a number of ocasions. restoring takes just minutes.

Obviously Kubota's site is having a problem and I too noticed that there is no contact info. Super customer relations.:eek::mad:
